Following our serious floodings last winter and spring, Oxfordshire council and SODC have been learning lessons and preparing for future events. OCC and SODC speakers will present, a wide range of related issues will be addressed and searching questions are invited. A possibly separate meeting will address local flood prevention plans and how these could be strengthened (e.g., appointing water bailiffs in each parish?) The link with planned massive expansion of new housing will also be addressed.
